“Passive House” prequalification

As part of our “Investing in the future – Gnome Design 2030” project, we are proud to announce that the design of our company’s office under construction has been awarded with the “Passive House” pre-qualification made by the International Passive House Institute of Darmstadt, Germany. With this, according to our current data, from an energy consumption point of view, this office will be a unique implementation not only at the local level, but also at the level of the whole of Eastern Europe.
